Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, phone, and, for Realtors, brokerage and license number); listing content Realtors submit, including photos; messages sent through inquiry forms, including from Buyers who are not signed in; and basic usage data (pages visited, browser/device info) collected automatically.
2. Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe shares with us only what's needed to manage your subscription (plan, status, and billing dates).
3. Photo storage
Listing photos are stored and served by Cloudinary, our media hosting provider.
4. How we use it
To operate your account and listings, route buyer inquiries to the relevant Realtor, process subscription billing, send transactional emails (e.g. new inquiry notifications, billing alerts), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Who can see what
Listing content is public. Contact details you submit through an inquiry form are shared with the Realtor who owns that listing. Your account email and phone are not shown publicly.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us below, subject to records we're required to retain (e.g. billing history).
7. Cookies
We use cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in) and basic session functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
